I dont really hate eating healthy. I just have to put forth more effort. And THAT is what I hate. Im too lazy. I need to change this about myself. I dont like it.
Im 30...i just dont have the energy anymore. Maybe one day i will try again. Right now...its gonna be me myself and i.
I actually like healthy food. More than I like junk. But there is no drive thru that serves steamed vegetables. I started working out again about 2 weeks ago. I hurt so bad. Like I dont even wanna have sex. TMI TMI TMIIt's about moderation. I could never eat 24/7 healthy but I try to have a balance. I will either it healthy for breakfast lunch and whatever the hell I want for dinner or try to limit my unhealthy things all day. Also working out to combat calories. It's about balance. Also some people have to develop a taste for healthy food. The more you eat it the more you start to crave it. It becomes habit.
