Had some thin cuts of steak, cut it into strips and seasoned it with sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, cumin, turmeric, garlic powder and some salt and pepper. Cooked the beef in a little oil, with some onions and added beef base and water to create a little sauce. Paired it with some rice and steamed broccoli. It was so damn good. Normally my trials with sesame oil are a complete failure but I added just a little bit. Since the steak was so thin it took the seasonings really well. The funny part is, if I were to try it again it would be a complete fail.
I think next week I'm going to do chicken Alfredo or maybe a lasagna since I have the noodles.
