I wonder If im better off staying big. Obviously there are health benefits to losing it, but I don't really care about those tbh. It would mainly be for looks and superficial reasons. However, there is a chance that I could end up with loose skin, which would ultimately defeat my purpose.
I went to the gym today and I felt good afterwards, but that thread got me thinking
If you lose weight rapidly, then yeah. You'll look like that but you're not even that big lil bit. Just continue to work out, lose it gradually naturally.

Girl, you're not even that big. Anyways, make sure to lose weight slowly so that you dont get any stretch marks or loose skin. Also, use the treadmill more and on incline and make sure to wrap your body with plastic bags and wear layers of heavy clothing so that you can sweat more during your work out. Good Luck.

TBH I'm super tired ain't sleep last night was up studying for this test and doing other stuff as the semester is almost over. Trynna knock out this last coding hw then study some more for the test.
