If you lose weight rapidly, then yeah. You'll look like that but you're not even that big lil bit. Just continue to work out, lose it gradually naturally.I wonder If im better off staying big. Obviously there are health benefits to losing it, but I don't really care about those tbh. It would mainly be for looks and superficial reasons. However, there is a chance that I could end up with loose skin, which would ultimately defeat my purpose.
