This will be me on Sunday. Getting it rebraided on Monday.
No heat since April. When my hair rest, it grows lightening fast. I have no clue when I'm going to put that creamy crack back in it.
I'm not natural, but since I've started working out, braids are easier for me to deal with.
I put this on my hair last night and slept with it in (
didnt have shower caps so i had to be ghetto and use plastic grocery bags 
) rinsed it out this morning and ran the blow dryer through it & i have a good inch of new growth over all!!! Imma get some twisties into a bun on Thursday have that for two -three weeks and back to box braids.Oh yeah, and congrats!!

Looks like I will be stopping at the beauty supply and making a purchase. I've had to use the grocery bags too, so I know how that goes.
I shampoo, deep condition, comb out the dead hair and then sit under the dryer or let it air dry. Since I'm going back into box braids, this works best.

I saw it mentioned on Madame Noire a not to long ago and had to go back to it... im tryin to grow the perm out and make the transition as easy as possible.

My granny used to use that on our hair way way wayyyyyyyy back when. Im finna google n see where i can get some for my daughter.
I know right? right after gettin my hair washed, my momma put it on my hair threw the shower cap on & i would play for a while, get it rised out, then the Celie braids in my hair til the next morning for my date with the pressing comb. Thank God i wasnt tender headed..Girl im sure they got them at the local beauty supply.

Prolly do i just never go in em. I dont do stores n when i do, i get what i need n gtfo. I dont think they do, they have no idea of detangling kinks n the pulling that goes with it. And i thought we would grow out of being tender headed eventually but we dont.
I don't know what it is, but I never encounter cool, shapely, tall chicks. All the women I really dig, are shorties by nature, shyt is crazy.
