I hate that any stress I have doesn't show at all.
I want people be able to see that i'm having a bad day/stressed/sick BUT NO I JUST LOOK NORMAL.

I really hate how my nipples only get hard for 2.5 seconds after I take my bra off but other then that ... nothing...not even when i'm extremely aroused...my life sucks.. and I want hard nipples.

I agreed to watch my neighbor this morning because his parents had to work. I'm hoping it turns out better than I think it will. He'll be here at 6am I should probably try to get a nap in.

I won't front like being nice to people doesn't feel good but being nice to the wrong people will drain your energy for sure. I need to find that balance again.

I'm getting my braces off today I think...I hope. I don't really want to deal with my orthodontist much longer.

Hey ladies just wanted to share these workouts. No equipment needed and they are challenging but short. Its also good if you ate that cupcake :unsure: that wasn't on your diet.

I have been doing this one in rotation with some other things for a few days.

20 min- 200 cal


10 min- 100 cal
