Another successful gym day, today was arm and leg day plus abs/obliques.

Monday was lower body + Cardio. Today was upper/abs + Cardio, and tomorrow may just be all cardio.
And ive been modifying my eating.

Tomorrow is chest/back and shoulders plus abs/obliques day...I'm now 180lb
Take dat 30% and shift it to a area that's lacking ( booty). Going to get this early workout done in about ten minutes, wish me luck my queenWe can do it

I haven't weighed myself in months, but I think I'm like 155-160 lbs and 30% body fat.
Trying to cut my body far percentage and just get healthy overall.
