-They are so right. Anything you dont use you lose. My current fitness state is PATHETIC in my opinion. I jog 3 miles and want to die. I was doing 5 with no problem last year. My shins on life support, I cant run more than 1 mile in under 8 minutes, touching my toes vs putting my hands flat on the ground. I wish I would try to do a split. Im a sad case. But Im working on it.Im shooting for full recovery by the summer. I refuse to lose.
-Im going puppy window shopping tomorrow after my tattoo appointment. Im so excited. I wanna play with some teddy bears and morkies.
- Drinking 64+ oz of water a day is a hassle. Where can i sign up to get an IV at?
