Early in the morning, (around 5:30am) when I get up to prepare breakfast and warm up the car- an older german man has his dog on a bike and the dog is peddling down the street . The dog wears this leather harness and it's no joke riding the fukking bike like a human being. Not to mention it's so foggy that you can't even see what's 10 ft in front of you...shyts creepy and what's worse is you never see him during the day..only around 4-5:30 in the fog like a phantom.
