What would you say is your best dish? :noah:

Damn that's a hard one..emmm...

Spinach/Eggplant lasagna I think. Sounds horrendous but it's so freakin good. Good enough that the kids didn't cry and moan over the fact that it was 90% vegetables lol

For deserts i'd say it's the homemade pecan pie and banana nut bread

I'm a really good cook too I'm the youngest tho and my brothers and pops used to let me chill and would do all of the chores so I never felt like I had to. Lately my mom has been cooking for me but she's kinda bad at it. :lolbron: I need to start throwing down again.

My brother's new dumbass girlfriend jumpoff whatever is coming over and he asked me to make something and pass it off as his. It's gotta be non-vegan too. Help me. :lupe:

Starting the relationship off with lies :wow: the worst kind too :russ:

Will you have to go grocery shopping? I'd say stick with a simple pasta and salad dish.

This meal takes me under 45 minutes to make

You'll need

1 pkg Pasta (we like penne, instead of fettuccine)
1 stick of butter
1 clove of minced garlic
1 pint of heavy cream
1 cup of fresh Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper

Make Pasta to your liking. In a sauce pan over medium heat – melt butter and add garlic and cook for two minutes, then add in heavy cream and cream cheese and heat until bubbling, but do not boil. Add in Parmesan Cheese and mix until the cheese melts. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste (you don;t need to use all of this, do to your liking). Mix the hot sauce into the noodles and serve.

For the shrimp you're going to want to grab a bag of DE VEINED, TAILLESS small to medium shrimp. Heat up a skillet with about two-three table spoons of olive oil and toss the shrimp in. Season with cajun seasoning, pepper, and salt.

Grab one of those "salad in a bag" deals. The ones the come with the dressing, cheese, and croutons.

He's the youngest boy and the closest to me in age (born in 83) we always got up to shyt together girl. :wow: You know how many times I lied to his girlfriends for him? :heh:

Good looks though. I'ma probably make him do it himself and then tweak it later on. I'm the only woman he ever listens to. My step mom always complains to me about his ratchet ass behavior, always asking me to knock some sense into him. But I ain't want him to change. He's crazy and I like it. :ld:

If this nikka marries this bytch though I'ma shoot myself. Dumber than a bag of rocks. :snoop:

Someone give me a good cornish hen recipe for about 8 people, I'd like to stuff it with something but no idea what just yet. Sweet flavors encouraged

I'm so glad I found a solution to the awfulness that is couscous in my mouth. Mixed it with kale and it was great! Now about his quinoa (it's not the flavors, its the wet fluffy dirt/Gerber textures that bother me about these foods)

I'm the only girl so I got away with a lot of shyt and when my pops passed my entire clan of brothers came through and held me down. Plus we from different mothers so we had to form a bond somehow. I used to hate them because they'd always snitch on me when I was little, convincing my mom to make me go to one of them tough ass good schools. They lived Uptown too. I hated it at first but now looking back I really appreciate it. :obama:

The Neelys had (or have i'm not sure) a show on food network. They have a pretty decent CH recipe
