Mole is probably the white broad, James is too obvious, but then again its kind of hard to give writing teams the benefit of the doubt these days.

Neither character has shown up in the Teresa/lady in white future scenes though

I think you're right, they've already shown her to be weak and unstable.

But I think James dying (in a later season) is the last step for Teresa to become the lady in white\boss Teresa.
