can you brehs help me quick. i'm a gaming casual and I'm about to pick up a ps5 finally since I have time. i can get a used older joint or the new pro

as a casual should I invest in the pro and do you really see any difference in the games right now or is it about future proofing?

Get the regular base model or slim, its about to go on sale for Black Friday though so I’d wait

also playstation has refurbished units for 350 with warranty

i’d say becareful buying used units, they could have coil whine or the controllers could have stick drift. i just traded my ps5 into game stop with stick drift lol

I wasn't hating at all. I just got to see the PS5 Pro before my eyes to believe the upgrade. Youtube ain't doing anything.

I had plans on buying anyway since my original disc drive is not working....Maybe I can fix it and then trade it for credit.

I definitely just offloaded 2 controllers with drift to GameStop lol

The Pro will be good for about 4-5 years depending on when the PS6 drops. If the Pro is within your budget I would get it but otherwise I would stick with the base model which is perfectly viable.
