delete your files in the utility for 2k12 and 2k13...when i did that it worked for me...obviously dont delete the online association files

Delete the 2k12 and 2k13 game utility ..not your online association data obviously
regardless of the settings, if a player is a lot better than you its always gonna seem like hes cheesing.
