This dude Ronnie is a degenerate 
Ronnie is too much of a high spectrum degenerate to run the operation like a head coach. Outside of being a bully and boogie man, what high level of ingenuity has he really displayed?
He’s rocking with bodega lady as his plug because she’s a degenerate just like him — and who else is giving him that work? Both can barely speak with their heads held high and while not talking under their breath. They’re perfect for each other but not very smart.
Kanan is a teenager already mastering logistics, customers, supply chain and finances. It’s a new wave these old heads want in on because unlike the Chinese supply dude they don’t have an iron clad distribution network in the city. And the established ones likely continue to work at a high premium or thru reliable associates who just don’t say shït.
Remember at the party, Snapz made it clear that he and his lady aren’t even active like that. They just want the paper and to be hands off so they can enjoy life — with a foot in the game after all. Kanan has risen up the depth chart with a (for now) scheme to move work until the game evolves (and he helps evolve it OR eventually get locked up)
…..but will be interested to see how things with him and Howard unravel. Howard being revealed as his dad will end Howard’s career or the Shannon fǔckery will — just a matter of what comes first.

I think kanan will make Ronnie his first body once he puts Juke or Raq in harm. It’s a clip of somebody shooting raqs Range Rover in the trailer more than likely Ronnie or the Chinese
