Idk. I like it but it's seems slower paced then Power and Ghost
I liked this episode, a bit more going on and feels like the pace is picking up again. "Born Killer" was a dope track to go out on. Hopefully we start seeing sides of that Kanan soon.

yeah Book 2 is better than this show.
we 4 episodes in and nothing seems “on the line” and i dont care about any of the characters. Joey Baddass is the best thing about this show and he is the “bad”guy.
i rather have just seen the show be Kanan climbing the ranks through Uniques org and then eventually going to war with him
slow pace isnt bad when world building, but nothing is deep about this show lol.

I hadn't heard that Born Killer track for YEARS. That shyt is so ignorant and unintentionally hilarious, the Scarface "don't fukk with me" sample makes it even funnier. 
This show's alright so far, nothing special to be honest and I lived in Queens at the time as a kid not too far from where the show is based. Just another run of the mill hood drama done for the hell of it. Silly ass Marvin is a funny dude and Jukebox is casted well, other than that, meh. The only Power spinoff I'm really looking forward to is Force, the fukkery has already been guaranteed with that one.

i figured Unique was supreme, but his fam using the Five percenter lingo could be a nod to Supreme
That nikka left the Wu-Tang show so he could live out his Paid In Full/ New Jack City fantasies in this show.
