the way they portray kanan as a straight up Michael Meyers type dude in the original series you would have thought this nikka was a child soldier born in the mud. The guy highschool life was just like mine

Thats a continuity error. When the series started in 1985 kanan was clearly about 8 years old or so. Ghost would have been 11 so that makes no sense.

Ghost and tommy started moving weight for K in highschool and K was older so ghost could not have been born in 74 according to the kanan story

These little things that get overlooked keeps these series from being top tier

This is the first episode of power I’ve watched since season 2.

this episode went good, except for young 50 cent.


This nikka went from being the fat breh from the chi, to a killer in seconds..

moms wants him to go to a prep school, but she got them living in the hood and she supposed to have money. Moms making all that money but got her son sleeping on a twin mattress. He’s supposed to be a good student, but don’t have common sense.

Right which is my point. Had tariq shown signs or had figured out what ghost did before kanan to me it would be more akin to him changing for the worse. But this little nikka lived in a loft with a 70 inch tv, all the games he wanted and nothing to worry about. But because ghost couldnt take him to a knicks game ita fukl him and im a throw my life away and be a corner boy

South Jamaica is middle class it just got its bad parts. Kanan lives in a house on a nice block with other houses he ain't missed no meals and got all the fresh clothes.

Stuyvesant is actually not a prep school it's an elite NYC public school.
