That's difficult process to learn I tried it and you gotta edit the tempo in the piano roll and properly manage it in the automation tab cuz if u don't it can go haywire if you don't have each bar on grid to maintain original tempo

I'd suggest finding a tempo plug in should be free ones out there and put it on the master channel

You just need to rightclick on tempo and add a automation clip and adjust it yurself. I just did it. 123

U have to be careful because if u do not adjust it in a linear line on the velocity map the tempo can go up randomly or down

Yea you gotta be exact. Just look at the oercentage levels and keep it steady
