How long have you been producing? When I first started (4 months ago), I made about 2-3 loops like that a Day, before I moved onto making "complete" beats. You can always go back and add to them. Don't get frustrated and jammed up.
Besides that, make some transitions when you feel free, change up the sample loop, and mesh them together. Also come up with a hook ect in that process.

Not really into the trap stuff, but this is a pretty dope beat. Vocs could be a little better mixed, to mesh the monotone of the rapper.
