WWE Raw viewership the night after Christmas – Pro Wrestling Dot Net

Monday’s WWE Raw television show averaged 2.855 million viewers, according to Showbuzzdaily.com. Viewership was down from the 2.955 million average from last week.

Powell’s POV: Decent numbers considering the show aired the night after Christmas and nothing was advertised. It will be interesting to see whether Smackdown can top that number for last night’s heavily promoted show. The first hour of Raw averaged 2.974 million viewers. Hour two drew 2.878 million viewers. The final hour of the show averaged 2.715 million viewers. We hope to have the actual rating later today.

Pretty good for transition into Mania season and nothing advertised at all. As a hardcore fan, I'd knew they wouldn't try.

I'm wondering if Smackdown can finally top raw since they made it like a free -- ppv event.

Raw rating for 01/02/2017

The first Raw of 2017 drew an average of 3,046,000 viewers, up 191,000 viewers from last week’s broadcast. It’s also the best number in a month for Raw.

Hour one started with 3,042,000 viewers and then had a rare increase in the second hour to 3,159,000 viewers, before dipping to 2,939,000 for the final hour with the return of Goldberg.

College football pretty much took the night and Raw was #8, #10, and #11 in the cable chart in the 18-49 demographic. (Ratings credit: Showbuzzdaily.com)

Well it was .a promo that ended RAW. But the way they been booking lately, they ran out of matches to run.
