Officially, he's 1-2-1 against Pacquiao. IMO, he's 2-2 against Pacquiao, and a 5th fight would be a great way to end both their careers in April. I think he's scared, because Pac has been doing VADA testing lately, and if JMM was to actually agree to face him....he would be busted for roids or end up taking the L.


At first, I was against a 5th fight because I wanted to see them vs other people while they were still fighting, but if it's a final fight, Im with you on that....Manny Pacquiao vs Juan Manuel Marquez 5 should be both of their last fights.

....that would be a dope way to end their careers. they could market the hell out of that fight. they're always gonna be connected....only right they go out together. but marquez would never do it. can't even blame him either. dude got one of the greatest knockouts in the history of the sport...maybe the greatest. there's no way he could ever top it.

the first 2 fights coulda went either way, but the 3rd fight was a straight ROBBERY. marquez gave pacquiao a boxing lesson. the only reason the 4th fight even happened is because pac got so much backlash after that decision. marquez got 2 consecutive clear cut victories over pac. one by pure boxing dominance, and one by brutal knockout. that's really enough to close the book on any rivalry. but still, the boxing fan in me wouldn't mind seeing it again.

i think one is up for debate
2 and 3 were clear marquez victories
my problem is, if pacquaio got a legit win in fight 4, no one would be asking for a rematch
the fight was billed as the final chapter between the two
thats what all the pre fight build up was about
seems like some only want a 5th fight because their guy didnt win.
this was a cherry picked fight gon wrong anyway.
most ppl thought pacquaio was gonna win easy and marquez had lost a step

Neither of those first 3 fights were a robbery they were all close and could be decided by 1rd or 1 kd. The only reason so many people have 3 as being a robbery was because Pac was having an off night and everyone had him heavily favored as Marquez was the underdog..

He didn't get robbed in the previous 3 fights. If anything, Manny was robbed of a victory in the 1st fight due to 1 of the judges not knowing how to score correctly. Fight 2 was a close fight that I thought Manny won, but could've went either way. Fight 3 Marquez was robbed imo.

If 3 was a robbery their wouldn't have been anywhere near as many unnoficial scorecards that had the fight either as a draw or for manny as there were.. same with the 2nd fight

Gave Pacquiao rounds 1, 2, 7, 8, and 12. Gave Marquez rounds 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, and 11. However, being that the 1st round was 10-6 in Manny Pacquiao's favor...it gave Pacquiao the victory on my scorecard.

It would be nice if they fought again as a farewell but JMM feels like he has nothing left to prove against him.
