Marty isn’t crazy, he wanted out after the boat deal. His wife is addicted to the political game and I agree she’s crazy in her own way. Her brother is still alive if she got rid of him when Marty told her to before the boat situation. Was Marty crazy to get involved with the cartel? I think that was on purpose to show where their headedToo late. It’s convoluted beyond repair. Best you can do is hate watch. They couldn’t even get the cinematography right this season- the lighting was dark as hell.

I agree that Marty is the most level headed on the show in terms of his competence but I think that you’re being disingenuous that Wendy is every bit of bipolar and crazy as her brother. She’s addicted to power and control period. She’s the one who gets them in these insanity levels of predicaments time after time bc she needs to feel like “somebody”. Remember that scene where they had the barbecue; her brother was mentioning how she lost her North Carolina southern accent. Then when she was driving him out of town, she inadvertently switched back to her NC accent as they were in the car. She’s psycho - her demeanor hides it very well. Marty and Ruth are the only sane ones. Wendy broke into their old family house just to disrupt the peace of the family that was currently there so they would feel violated. She turned their family photo upside down - she’s gone. Nothing is redeemable about her - her brother went crazy for the right reasons, so to speak.

This I agree with. Wendy crazy and selfish as fukk and thought she was smarter than she really was. She put Marty in fukked up position after fukked up position. If Marty is anything. He's an a$$hole. But he does have a good heart and sticks his neck out to protect the people he cares about. Wendy shoulda fell her bum ass back anyway cause the only reason she's still a part of shyt is because the Cartel is after them cause she woulda got dubbed after cheating on him. U right.
