Thats the same actress from revenge of the sith, so that further confirms this probably takes place like 15 years after the movie and only 4 years before a new hope.

Why are you assuming such specific years, and why would it be that long after ROS if they use the same actress? If it was closer to New Hope it would make sense to have a lady that looked like the old version of the aunt. And Vader's statement about him being a learner in their last encounter makes more sense if it was earlier in his training as a Sith.

because it's been 15 years since they filmed the movie. She might not look like the original actress but she still looks 15 years older. they can say she's not that much older, but they not gonna pull them only being a year or two older than they were in revenge of the sith. would have to at least say 7 or 8 years later. unless they wanna de-age the whole cast

don't how i feel about this. Vader made it clear that Mustafar was the last time they met in a new hope.
at least thats how i interpret the line. "last time we met i was but the learner, now i am the master."
Be weird if he felt like he was the learner a couple weeks prior to the events of the movie. When does this series take place? maybe if its still relatively soon after revenge of the sith that would be better.

like i said last year, they needed to retcon them not meeting again until ANH, it makes no sense if Vader is hunting all these Jedi for 20 years and OBW is just chilling and not helping

I get where you're coming from...
I'm against the whole idea of Vader facing Obi-Wan face to face in the show, which has been confirmed by LucasFilm...let alone multiple times, which the new rumor says. But if they gonna do it, hopefully it'll be something we won't be shaking our heads at. Everything they've done outside the films has been on point since the Disney merger, so I'll wait with anticipation to see how it actually turns out.

They had Sam Jackson spend a whole movie playing a version of his character that was 20+ years younger.

De-aging a minor character that will probably only have a couple minutes of screentime is easily doable.
