If it's the $4.99 Premium you should only get ads on archived stuff, like old PPVs, etc. I tested on Fastlane and it had ad breaks.

If it's the $9.99 Premium+ it's no ads at all for any content.

From what I've read "Live" content will not have ads no matter the version.
