Its Nintendo's reward program. you get coins when you buy games and you can put those coins towards rewards. in my case Super Mario 3D Land.

Brehs. Got a problem. I moved last month. Got wifi, but not my own router (if that makes sense). I just got the new 3ds. I can connect To wifi with that, but not the old one. How can I transfer my data over? I don't have any downloaded games, but I want my Pikachu theme transferred over.
