Sons of Sam was more about this dude obsession than the actual murders or Sam.
It was interesting going into the whole cult stuff but you can tell it was super heavy agenda based.

Great show but

They should have revealed Mateo to be a more psycho character. Like he killed that prisoner but only after he kept coming at him. It should have been a revenge killing. Also, it would have been better if it was revealed that he had more intent in killing Dani right in the end

I’m on Season 3 ep 1- I didn’t even realize how I sped through these episodes and the first 2 seasons so fast.

season 2 is insane!!! a couple of moments that I wasn’t ready for- I won’t spoil it though but omg.

Refreshing to see a strong black male lead character as an authority figure, on code, calculating and not playing subservient among his corporate counterparts but still maintain his street presence without a dumbed down persona - one of the reasons why I’m hooked.

Yeah, what he did with that inmate didn’t really make me view him as a murderer, matter fact I’m pretty sure all of us here would’ve done the same in that position

I understood why he did it too and I'd have no qualms taking out a dude that would try to kill me later on but IRL most courts would still try to hit him with second degree murder and it wouldn't be wrong. He made a decision to kill that inmate after he was slumped and then lied about it to his wife. Jaime had a point breh is not so innocent.
