I didn't want to go off topic in the AC thread.
I already told you about them in the Netflix thread but since thrillers are your thing I heavily recommend Stranger (crime/mystery thriller) and Vagabond (spy/action thriller). Forget what I said about My Country that was one of my guilty pleasures
I hear Babylon Berlin is poppin' I got that on my list but I haven't got to it yet. I think you should try out:
Burn Out (low tier French joint I liked about a motorcycle racer getting caught up with a drug lord)
Wheelman (low tier action thriller)
The Invitation (if you haven't seen this movie yet, try going into it without watching trailers or reading the premise)
High Seas (I got sidetracked on this but it's a high rated Spanish show that fits your criteria)
Apostle
The World Is Yours
Bodyguard (tense British thriller about Robb Stark as bodyguard to a controversial political figure)
ZeroZeroZero (not officially out yet for US brehs but it's coming out on Prime Video March 6. HIGH tier crime drama just off the first two episodes I've seen, can't wait)
I like thrillers, cops catching criminals (serial killers and such)
Hate rom coms.
My favorite movie is Zodiac, Fracture.

The 52 Best Crime Drama and Thriller Shows On Netflix: 2019 Edition
I love series like The Fall, Marcella, Luther, Happy Valley, Mindhunters
and I have seen Perfume (german series)
I still have to see La Casa De Papel and Dark
I started watching them and just didn't pick it up again, so I don't really remember what is going on.
