The way they switched into some "cop lives matter" then threw that ending at you was some of the most disrespectful shyt Ive ever seen.
fukk that movie.

The c00n that came in and said he was more afraid making his first arrest in the ghetto than going to war let me know what they were doing with this film.

Brehs, I almost turned this bullshyt off when they went into that exposition into interracial relationships segment....by time I saw the ending, I wish I had. :scust:

My review:
Excellent documentary. before you dismiss it as another Holocaust documentary understand that he was extradited to Israel to stand trial and a jewish Israeli lawyer had to take his case and defend him against the entire nation. The Israeli lawyer was on some other shyt Dude almost enjoyed playing the devil's advocate. Simply thrived in playing the bad guy and bragged and boasted about it too to some degree. But he was also convinced that the guy was innocent. Him, the other trial attorneys, the judges all give their accounts of the trials. Meanwhile his children and grand children who were born in the U.S. long after the war swore it was not him and fought tooth and nail to get him exonerated. The shyt dragged on from 1986 until 2012

DOPE shyt

That Bikram yoga documentary was good.

I still don’t understand how women let things escalate like that, and don’t know a man having you in his home or hotel room means he wants sex.

The black woman said he was racist.

Started watching Tuca & Bertie, it's like Broad City with birds. I like it so far, love the animation and small details of it.

Watched El Camino and it felt.. unneeded but somewhat necessary (for the die hards). It was good but, I didn't really need it. Jesse escaping at the end was good enough for me.

SN but BB related: We really let Aaron getting flabby in that second half of the final season slide :mjlol: Everyone just getting fat and flabby (TODD!) and we're just supposed to :ehh: about it foh breh lmao.

Watch Voyeur the other day.

It was interesting to me anyway.

Apparently it is from 2017, not why it popped up on my radar now.

Watched Aziz Ansari's Right Now stand-up special and it got me longing for the next season of Master of None even more :noah:

I liked how he directly addressed the whole #MeToo allegations. A very tough thing to do to start off your show, but he did it. Felt like an out with the old Aziz and in with the new in terms of comedic styles go. Really dug this, and Spike Jonze worked his magic as usual.

I'm jealous you haven't watched it yet. S2 is a lot different from the first season and this is where you really start to see the show branch out into another creative direction. Like there's only a select few of dramedies I can put in that realm (ie Atlanta, Louie).

The callbacks to the old Italian cinema age. :wow:

The Thanksgiving episode. :wow:

The soundtrack has ALWAYS been on point, but lemme drop another :wow: just because.

He was a lot more grounded in this stand-up special than in the past due to #MeToo being a big topic and it wasn't outright funny. That's not a bad thing though, there was a lot of self-reflection in this. He's still the same Aziz.
