Just watched 'The Founder' last night. Whether you f*ck with McDonald's or not this is a must watch imo

True but the McDonald brothers we're to blame too though. Kroc was literally going broke opening up new locations for them. The McDonald brothers and the franchise owners made the money but Kroc, who did all the footwork and found the investors, wasn't making sh*t. He asked them to renegotiate their contract but they said no. Then the BJ Novak character hipped him to game on buying the land himself for future McDonalds restaurants and it was a wrap after thatKroc was a super scumbag
