Having Lamb and Reggie coming of the bench is a huge plus. The Thunder just need a legit center. If they had Tyson Chandler. 
he ll be a stud playing on another team soon enough. he wont be no all star in OKC and including lamb in big anything talks right now is just laughable.

Jameer Nelson is in the last year of his deal I believe. Probably won't make through half the season with Orlando.
