You can actually play defense really well now. The problem is actually the online lag. Its the WORST it has EVER been online. Its like a half a second delay so you gotta think like two steps ahead just to do anything. They gotta do something with the overall network connections.

I remember we had that issue in the off season where it would continuously loop if it was paused or something? I cant really remember...

The rookies are awful got these nikkas looking created wrestlers. a cac with cornrows? cmon breh They gotta fix that up but if they let us use our own rookie draft classes then some nerd can just make them and we use theirs.

Remember how many associations we lost until we realized this was happening? That and the 0 dollar glitch was the mode breaking stuff that they had to fix, everything else just isn't realistic. I'm hoping they test the glitches before they release this. I have a feeling they are gonna fukk this up MyLeague is a deep mode and if they didn't even test it out last year online...we are setting ourselves up for disappointment if we think this will be a complete working mode this year .

I haven't played 2k for 20 years, too poor for videogames, so if some OG breh wants to school me on how 2K15 is garbage, feel free

but just my 2cents, I like the defense and the post game, but my problem is the AI is terrible (not..allen iverson), when you call a play it's fukking garbage, and just simple things like passing a ball into 3-on-1s when there's an open perimeter guy.

20 bucks says the next 2k's gonna have 3s be easy as shyt to make, on account of the GSW

Golly - I agree, defense in 2k15 is the best its ever been. First time in years the man to man defense actually feels competent

You couldnt stop the spam sh*t like the hop step or the hard pivot, but in terms of guarding guys off the dribble

Man I wish I could find a whole list of shyt I wrote up that was broke with the online associations. Some that I remember.

1. The $0 glitch was a huge one.
2. The computer giving horrible contracts to low tier role players so that it got the point that users could sign Lebron or Carmelo to a minimum contract. It was so bad that in our OA we created a contract tier based around overall rating.
3. Drafted rookies disappearing.
4. Each day of free agency changing every five seconds so you only had time to just double tap X and hope it was offering a decent contract to someone good.
6. The offseason workouts being skipped all together.
7. MVP race screen showing nothing at all.
8. Playoff series games greying out forcing users to sim out series.
9. fukked up draft classes where they would have like a 25 in all the new stat categories 2K had added.
10. Some leagues fukked up to where as soon as it hit year two you would just get a Could Not Connect to Association message.

Sadly still enjoyed the shyt even with all those shortcomings.

Edit just remembered a couple of more.

11. The dumb ass forced one day wait after regular season, two days after end of regular season, and then another full day after the end of the offseason activities before you could do anything at all.

I remember injuries being affected, sometimes you could reset them but it wasn't always 100% you'd have to sim playoff games and shyt.

i like the game period, i think its the best 2k yet personally. the shooting is as good as its ever been once you figure it out

am i the only one that HATES the forced walk up motion though? feels llke I have no control over the player

They hit a bunch of contested shots. And even worse is how dumb my own defense acts. Even then I manage to keep the games close but it just ends up pissing me off more than anything.

I play Superstar and decrease the CPU shooting sliders (amongst some others) pretty significantly. Its the only way, because like you said All Star is too easy, and HOF is just

I just went game by game adjusting shooting sliders and wrote down the %'s until I got close to league average.

Something that really helped as well, was changing the sliders for what kind of shots the CPU takes. I forced them to work out of the post more, and upped the 3pt attempts. It makes them run more realistic style offenses and have better spacing.

Online, h2h I always play man to man defense - but offline I usually control my center, and you can help control the defense a lot better. That really helps clean up the game and not allow them to get cheap, easy buckets and make passes out of nowhere.
