Come back in a week or 2 and I bet you feel different. While you're messing around with the D-Pad cycling through who you wanna sub out/in, your player on the court is standing there like a dikkhead, just chilling. With the new way, you won't have that problem. Plus, the players are in a fixed position with the RS sub, so once you get comfortable with where they're at, you won't even have to look at the menu to sub. It'll be like pre-snap adjustments in Madden. Automatic.
I know it's a pain in the ass at first because it's always been one way, and all of a sudden it's different, but this is one time where I immediately liked the change. I didn't care for the change in playcalling last year, and never really got accustomed to it. Like the Sub Menu, I like the new way this year, because it again allows you to keep your thumb on the LS. I'm constantly calling plays, and having to keep going to the D-Pad last year was annoying. Both are much more intuitive this year. Hopefully they stick with it.

The sub thing is something I'm kinda getting used to. I'm having some real fun using that 2006 heat team, but not at the line so much. I keep getting fouled and none of my big men can shoot at the line. I just had to take 20 free throws with Shaq last game

We gotta get the 2013 birdman changed to a bigger Mohawk and no beard. It'd be really great if these new throwback teams have their coaches (it feels just lazy to have lots of these coaches in the league and on their modern teams but not coaching the old ones. No excuses for rivers and spo missing. Really should have Riley and Phil too) and get the pre game and halftime show same as regular teams. Makes them feel as important.

I'm getting in on that too. I'll be back at it after work. Just moved the sonics back to Seattle. Now I gotta figure out how to design their court, uniforms, and if I'll use their 90's logo or the last one they had before moving. Any tips from anyone on here would be greatly appreciated.
Simulation settings work well
I relocated the Jazz to Montreal and changed their name and unis.... breh the process is easy as fukk and very intuitive. They even have some presets of old logos in color and in black and white if you wanna change the colors...man i wont lie 2k outdid themselves on that part. just a few tweaks and it will be the GOAT sports game
