Found this on OS regarding the quick sub menu

OK, I figured out OTF Subs. Down on the D pad brings up your players on the floor now you must use the right stick to the corresponding player you want to sub out The Point Guard is up on the right stick. It sends you to the players on the bench that can fill that role. Now select one based on the right stick direction press circle and he starts to walk towards the Press table. The Manual doesn't go into detail at all, just down on the d pad follow on screen display. That's literally all they say.

I'm still at work so I haven't tried it but this seems to explain it better

How the fukk do I pull off the 360 layup.

I just took Monta Ellis into practice mode and did a 360 layup at will by doing reverse layups. Drive baseline and press the right stick towards the baseline.

The story mode was making my head hurt with the long ass cut scenes so I went back online Beat another dude who picked a tier 1 team (Warriors) with the Heat. I hate when dudes constantly pause all game changing their settings or whatever, it's not that crucial.

Servers working fine(though its still early. we will see what happens when everyone gets it tue) You can see the scrubs trying their old cheese ass tactics( launching deep 3's, holding down turbo with ppl like Lebron and bulldozing towards the basket, double team into automatic TO, etc) Not working. This game definitely rewards the on ball defensive player.

Its kind of confusing because there isnt any indication that a sub has been made. The name of the player to come in needs to be highlighted or something instead of just jumping back the current players on court.
