If you pre-order from one GameStop, can you pick it up from another one when the game actually drops? Or do you have to get it from the same one that you pre-ordered it at?

If you call them they can transfer the pre-order. I moved my 2k14 pre-order from the UCF campus GameStop to the one across alafaya when the store closed

I always heard bad stories about gamestop. Riping people off, used games, etc. I always bought my games from mom and pop shops.

I've never had any trouble with them personally, but I'm sure some of the used discs might not work that well.
