Can't speak for 360/PS3, but 2K14 on PS4 was a train wreck.

With those new defensive settings (and hopefully the defaults will all be set according to that coach's defensive philosophies) and a more developed post game it seems that coaching will be much, MUCH more important this year and that works out just fine for me.
And only 2 years into next-gen these nikkas got it figured out

I'm not gonna annoint 2k15 to
status (like 2k11) til I actually get to play this game myself. a couple videos, and streams by their company hype men ain't gonna convince me it's significantly better than 
2k14.
Of course it still has a lot to prove but the signs are all pointing in the right directions.
