Every PG in this game plays exactly the same, they try to force it to the rim off a pick, then with like 5 seconds left on the clock they start doing moves then hit a contested shot right before the shot clock expires.

CPU's ability to constantly hit contested shots as the shot clock runs out is infuriating. but this isn't anything new to the 2K series.
I played 2K on HOF mode from 2K7 through 2k12. 2K13 is the first time when they just made the HOF mode IMPOSSIBLE to beat, so I had to drop it a level. on this game, I haven't tried HOF mode, cuz I wasn't able to beat it on next gen 2K14, so I figured I didn't have a chance. however, my pride will not allow me to drop the game down another level.

Ricky Rubio hit a turn around 19 footer over Demar Derozan like he was Jordan or Kobe as the shot clock was winding down, I just sat there like
Play against Pekovic too, they got him taking turn around baseline jumpers This series is a fukking mess.
I was playing myleague and jojo embiid was out there playing like hakeem in his prime
I also played against rubio, and I NEVER guard dude tight, but on this game, he certainly seems to be able to drain 3 pointers with regularity.
They came out themselves and said that all they do is jack up the sliders for difficulty and not the actual CPU logic.
I could beat HOF on 2k14 simulation sliders (current gen but next gen basically plays the same on both consoles I would know) with regularity, but honestly the real reason is because I knew the CPU's patterns and the players never played how they were supposed to.
Now the CPU plays a lot differently and star players controlled by the CPU are a lot more aggressive, you have to be lucky to win on MyCareer (though I could imagine this being manageable with better teammates than I have) and outside of MyCareer you have to play PERFECTLY because they don't play by the same rules you do. They came out themselves and said that all they do is jack up the sliders for difficulty and not the actual CPU logic.
Tbh pro is the most realistic. I only play on rookie for my career. You get good games too.

another thing I'm noticing that's happening is that if you block a shot, it ALWAYS goes back to the CPU opponent. same goes for loose balls. it's damn near impossible to retrieve them.
of course when they block my shot, it pretty much is a given it is not gonna fall back in my hands for another attempt.

On Hall of Fame?I'm not having a problem hitting jumpers so far.
