He was on his Esco bag with that one.Its the whole vibe of the song for me. I love it.
I was in Houston a few months back for work and the first thing I did was find a Papadeaux off the strength of this songHe was on his Esco bag with that one.
I put the real in real nikka that's on my momma yo
Homies gotta feel me from Cali out to the Callio
Slicker than Desi Arnez on my Copa Cabana flow
In Houston with a thick one eatin' at Papadeaux
Who said I'm too comfortable around regular shyt
You know I'm a rare nikka but ghetto as shyt
This new Hit record he showing love to Kanye and Nas amongst others for his growth.
I love this shyt. Man everything about that run with Hit, not just the music but the moves and seeing the chemistry in the studio was great.
I got these weird good memories of like the first covid year the next 2 years everyone coming back out and how everyone was moving and these two in LA always connecting was a reflection of that. Every clip was dope of seeing Nas react to a beat, seeing Hit put it together, seeing people come through
In a way it kinda reminded of the 2 years of scenes we saw with nas hanging out with Damian. Sometimes its just dope to see him with some new people getting positive energy
I just wish Nas kept these types of relationships up. nikka will be inseparable from somebody for like a good few years and then u will barely see them around eachother anymore.
Ok bruh. LolI mean they did SIX ALBUMS together lol. The mission was accomplished. The man is 50 years old with two children, several businesses, touring, etc. He can’t be expected to just “hang out” with nikkas all the time.
Word, Nas seems like an energy type person like he just moves to whoever gives him new energy he can tap into. The only person who seem to be constants in his life and Stoute and Jungle...and he fell out with both at timesI just wish Nas kept these types of relationships up. nikka will be inseparable from somebody for like a good few years and then u will barely see them around eachother anymore.

I get what Spliz is saying. Not that grown men have to be literally hanging out all the time but just nurturing the relationship musically a bit more. Damian for example I don't think we've even seen him and Nas next to each other in like 15 years and their chemistry is incredible.I mean they did SIX ALBUMS together lol. I would just like the nikka to keep up with people so maybe we can get more work in the future. It wasn’t that deep. Lol. Like son said. Nas ain’t been seen with Damian in like 15 years. That’s wild to me considering how close they were. Both are right.

ok, one time in 15 years. I stand correctedThey linked up for a festival surprise appearance in 2017
The Made You Look Live album/DVD he actually released is terrible. If that was an example of his live performance at the time, I can see why people said he sucked as a live performer. I can't believe they even released it. But by the time I saw him on the Distant Relatives tour, he was great. It was night and day.Word, Nas seems like an energy type person like he just moves to whoever gives him new energy he can tap into. It creates interesting periods in his career.

Now he seems to be in a tour/performance era, he's constantly performing and he's never been better at it. I've been going to Nas concerts since the Stillmatic tour and he's only been improving since.
