Ghost calls Nas the GOAT in that vid, says he taught him a lot. Nas is my GOAT too but ayo...Ghost is in my top 5. Stellar solo career, multiple classic albums and one of the best members of the GOAT group.
Ghost catalog is elite he's top 12 at minimal to me. Other MC's might rap better but only a few could fukk with his catalog :wow:

I was there lastnight at the O2.

It was incredible. Shame Method man wasnt there he would have torn the roof off because the crowd were clamouring for him.

RZA did great doing the intros. Wu played the classics and did them well. I've seen Nas quite a few times so I knew what to expect but I havent seen him since the Kings disease run so it was interesting to see how he incorporated those tracks in. 30 definitely rang off hard. :bustback::bustback::bustback::bustback:

The illmatic tracks always get a good reception as did Made you look, Get Down and if I ruled the world.

Nas closed the show with the first verse of One mic with Wu on stage with him which was a nice touch. but he held down his set solo and did great.
What was the crowd saying aboit Meth?

Nas monthly listeners steady climbing. If I’m the team I’m somehow putting together an album produced Metro and Hit Boy. Not only would they try to outdo each other, but the numbers would be crazy, especially with metro being huge on Spotify. Add a potential feature or features from drake, weeknd, Travis Scott, Rihanna etc, and that album would get him number 1, because we know the quality is going to be there.

Maybe Nas would be able to use some of his legendary pull where some would maybe do it for free or song exchange. I know Drake has done that in the past. I’m not saying get all those features, I was just naming some artist.

So basically, you just want Nas to be a hoe just for the sake of sales?

As a fan, I wouldn’t mind seeing Nas get a number 1 record or a number album this late in his career. It’s not about being a hoe. The music would still come out dope, while being chart topping. I’m looking at it as a marketing perspective as well, some nas fans clearly don’t know an ounce about marketing.

Fam I am thoroughly enjoying the music he is giving us, this is not me complaining. This is me thinking outside the box on the momentum he has. Also providing a marketing perspective, that a lot of Nas fans in this thread lack. Even if I never heard her speak before, I would still have the same perspective. I already know the music will be dope, why not be chart topping too?
Side note - I hated that Travis and Nas record, but I blame Khaled for that song choice/beat. They are capable of better l.
