Never seen that A Boogie interview the collaboration makes even more sense. Seeing how the I Can single really had influence and reached young kids is :wow:. I remember a certain rapper clowning Nas for that joint but it’s great to see it really reach the youth at that time.

Cole speaking up for I Am… I’m with him lol I love that album and I too was geeked when I heard I Gave Power for the first time.

Bron getting :mjcry:listening to Project Windows, I can relate that song can get you teary eyed on a random day. Ron Isley and Nas hit that shyt out the park.

I never seen a celebrity stan a rapper like the way Lebron has Nas the last five years or so :dead: You can tell dude sincerely fukks with Nas music.

You can tell by the look on Jungle's face in the thumb nail he about to be on some bullshyt :russ: I don't know why y'all acting so scary about it though. It's not like somebody is gonna want to see Nas and put hands on him over this.

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
Are you serious?
Not in the aspect of someone being mad at Nas. It’s about Nas tryna diffuse whatever comes to Jungle. Since that IS his brother he not gonna let nothing happen to him. Or anyone disrespect him. Also. It’s bad for business. He’s bringing bad energy surrounding the situation and Nas for a whole song about it on his album. People might get turned off on some guilty by association type shyt. Especially crazy ass Pac fans who been tryna paint Nas as disrespectful to Pac for years now.

You think way to deep into to this. The fake outrage will last for a second. Jungle not saying anything he hasn’t said multiple times before. Nas business will continue to be handled with professionalism as it has been for 30 yrs.

Half way throufg the Nas MasterClass. Pretty interesting hearing his approach although none of it surprising about how he builds verses from multiple verses to make a better one. Also commented on how he changes his rhythmic patterns/ flow constantly in songs which always been something I’ve liked about Nas. The patterns he uses change like 5-10 times in one verse sometimes.

the section where he records was cool. He did the improv style of just hearing the beat rapping few bars then building the track up. Was cool seeing how he came to some of the lines he had and how lines in it got scrapped.

was also dope hearing how he focuses on the details for storytelling. Like if someone wearing a sweater what did it feel like, oh they like wine, do they have a wine cellar, is it a friend’s wine cellar, does his friend have a beard, has the beard gone grey since last year.

The episode where he records was pretty cool. That verse was more of a freestyle / on the fly type of verse. I would love to see a behind the scenes on how he puts together some of his deeper songs/verses (The Cure, etc)
