yeah I’m sure, but kinda disappointed it’s not at the real awards
Oh ok i’ve seen him before in some of Nas’s posts.
I love how Nas really shows loyalty and puts on for black brothers.
I know Nas don’t give a fukk, but he really SHOULD be looked at more highly for how he’s tried to help people throughout his career.

I 1000% agree. Nas has helped people in his inner circle by personally financially investing in their dreams or giving them the ability to make money with him to finance their dreams. He don’t brag about all he does but he is really big on loyalty and trust. Nas has given a few brothers their first big opportunity changing their lives for the better.
Zig I hope you were wrong the other day when you mentioned you dont think Nas would drop anything this year. I hope I was right and he ends up dropping something in July.
Hey I hope i’m wrong too. I’d love NOTHING more than to eat my words and be listening to a new Nas album this year.
I just always try to remain realistic and go by Nas’s established patterns for album releases. Now given, Nas’s “patterns” haven’t been very predictable since Life Is Good. But its been 16 years since he released three albums in a 24 Month cycle. And that was 2001-2002 (Stillmatic/Lost Tapes/Gods Son)
But again i’d LOVE to be wrong

Think he attended it in 06, seen pictures. Also did the BET Hip Hop awards couple of times
Only heard like a 10 second snippet or so of Nas spitting but an unreleased track with an Alicia feature Apparently
