How y’all skipping Sly Fox??
Shout out to everyone who bumped Untitled
Its weird some of us Nas least popular albums are my favorites and ones I played a lot and stuck with me (This and SD)
I played that sht in the summer just as much as Carter 3 if not more along with the Cool Kids EP that was my joints.
Who else bumped the Nygga Tape and for the real heads who bumped DJ Delz's El Dorado Black Project which came out December 08/Jan 09 with the Untitled leftovers (Fear of the Black Man's dikk, The Courthouse, War is Necessary, Esco Lets Go)
That was another album with a lot of stuff from those sessions leaking before and after the album
I am curious of one thing do, I vividly remember Nas going on a mini press tour for Untitled around May of that year and in an interview with OnSmash, I seem to remember him saying he wanted to work and was working with Dead Prez and MF Doom on the project. And MF Doom saying some random shyt like he hung out with Nas a lot (Like he bragged on twitter about being at Nas and Kelis pool party n 08/09)
My question is do Doom and Nas have shyt in the vault or is this one of those things that was planned but never happened
That Association came out around then. Great concept and I wish Nas would’ve did two or three verses on that. The ****** Tape was pretty much the last time we got a peek at some of Nas’ leftovers. His quality control was on point after that. I prefer official releases to mixtapes anyway because the DJs throw anybody of the track with Nas is he have them a one verse track

^ There's a CD quality version on Alchemist Cutting Room Floor 3, but it's just Nas verse. That shyt is so fire.

It always blows my mind that Nas can make such a banger like that and then go "Nah, this ain't goin on my album". Like how lol? shyt coulda been on Stillmatic easy.
I think this Nashawn song with Nas on the hook mighta came from the same session. Another Alchemist banger. If I was Nas I woulda took this one for myself lol.
Man I love that album. The n mixtape and untitled was bumped all summer. That version of hero on the n tape was godly that summer.Shout out to everyone who bumped Untitled
