Nas is a huge Cube stan, he's always shouting him out on IG and has said DC is the most powerful album he's ever heard (not just in Hip-Hop). Don't think I've ever heard Cube say Nas name (not saying there's anything there, but I stalk the fukk outta these dudes ).

The Bink version of "Echo" is the level of production that Ross gets. The added instrumentation definitely added to the song without drowning Nas out or sounding unnatural. FLAMES.

Cube went on to talk about rappers overall and their music saying "We do this music for it to be heard. Not for it to be sitting around somewhere and be this niche thing. I love Nas, because he's kind of like the East Coast version to what I do. He don't just do 'hood records. He tries to put some knowledge in it. His record is gonna be bangin'! I don't care what he calls it. It's still gonna be bangin'."

This was in reference to the Untitled album. Cube was lobbying for him to reach out for a feature on that project but I cant find a link at the moment. This was around the same time Scarface mentioned wanting to record an album with them two.
