I would release the Lost Tapes 2 in December and the next album around summer 2019 (or slightly earlier)
I’d say wait until we at least get sales projections before we call for “tough times”.

Chart data saying 75-90k and number 3 behind The Carters and XXXTentacion who are in a close battle and the reviews are mid to poor (Not that it matters, like what you like)
I really feel like Nas may have blown an opportunity not releasing an album in 2016/2017 even if he didnt have a theme cause from the clips and loose singles and features he was flowing his ass off, whether he had a concept or not.
I feel like given how Mass Appeal operates as a Hip Hop label there maybe room to actually have a decent senior career still rhyming
And of course and I hate to bring it up but the Kelis situation is dominating the reviews.
I honestly dont know what he does now or if this is the end and he just fades away to being a mogul behind the scenes

I am the only one who kinda felt 9th wonder demeanor a little bit disrespecful. It seems he want to remix nas to make a statement, like the beats you spit on are weak. If you collaborate with me you will have great ones.

The reviewers have been awful. People unqualified to judge hiphop. Am I going crazy? I must be the one that's wrong but head can't stop bopping to this album. What's wrong with me?
Nas will be fine. He's got a bunch of show dates, then we'll see where he goes from there. All that other shyt is light. I'm hoping he drops another album before the year is up, but who knows how things will go.

criticism in general the past few years between movies and music is hyperbole (Why do you think rotten tomatoes is all over the place) and when anything is a mid or underwhelming combined with outside factors in the news, the writers are going absolutely going to make it 10 times worse or better than it is.
