I know this is an MJ documentary but they better deliver some great Kobe footage promoting the episode like this.

I can tell you right now Espn is lowkey already hyping the Kobe stuff too much. He has like 5-6 minutes at the start of the episode and then that’s it. It’s still powerful to hear and see but yeah it’s not half an episode or anything

He said he just had to lie back then about Jordan being just the best "in the 90's" and he had to lie about "Dr J, Oscar, Magic, Bird" being better than him because he was a Detroit Bad Boy.

But now he can admit it that Jordan was "the best player in history by far" and while "Kobe, Lebron," are/were great players, no one will ever come close Jordan.

That's pretty much what he said. He basically had to stay on "code" during the rivalry.
