That's totally his prerogative. My beef is that all these years he sat back quiet letting the two Jerry's take 100% of the blame and acted like he was forced out basically. Unless I missed it he never came out and said they offered to bring him back for another year and he declined. The Jerry's definitely played their part and aren't blameless but even just a few weeks ago Phil's agent came out saying the Bulls never offered to bring him back now Phil admitting they did make the offer.I'm pretty sure management telling him before the season that it didn't matter if he went 82-0, this was going to be his last year had something to do with it.
