Its not a feature on PC either, you can just copy them into the folder the songs are in making it pretty easy to do

D-Dog comes more in handy when you are going in blind. He spots enemies and sniffs out a lot of items for you on the fly. If you free roaming around doing Side Ops all over you will get around faster with D-Horse...
And honestly, the Horse runs faster than the cars drive from what I've seen. And you can get passed Guard Outpost easier with him compared to a car
Theres third person shooting but no hip fire.
