This game has nothing to do with Metal Gear Solid 4. It's more connected to Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker.

So basically Kojima has said if you not playing on PC with 4k you missing out on the "full experience" Its been awhile since a PC version of a game has been superior to console ports.

Not true. 4K resolution isn't what makes it superior alone.

With a 980 Ti I finished the prologue @ 4K and all the other settings left the way they were and I was a pretty consistent 60 fps. Most of that stuff was set to high so I didn't bump anything up beyond that.
