Zion is actually a great passer. Most underrated aspect of his game.

I'd say his basketball IQ is just as underrated. He's a smart player.

People and Analyst are so fascinated with his athletic ability that they're blinded by it. All they see is a Monstar without a brain not knowing he has relatively high IQ without being selfish. That pairing together will be why Zion is wildly successful.

I would argue it’s his defense that’s most underrated. I know he gets a lot of ink for the blocks, but that goes hand in hand with him being an athletic juggernaut. I don’t think he gets nearly enough credit for how good he is as a team defender.

Even if he isn’t as impactful on the offensive end in the league, I think he could easily be a Draymond-level defender.

I’ve said it before, but he alters so many shots and passes in the paint, just by being in the vicinity of the ballhandler. A lot of dudes speed themselves up and brick their shots just to avoid Zion pinning their shyt.
