UVA is brutal to watch

They don’t have the athletes/talent to win it all regardless of high seeding every year

I don't know why this narrative exists. Hunter is gonna be a lottery pick, and a big reason why the Packline defense is so effective is because of the lateral athleticism from guys like Hunter and Diakite. They've consistently been producing reliable NBA role players the last 5 years like Joe Harris, Malcolm Brogdon, and Mike Scott.

The real reason why they kept getting eliminated is because they were too reliant on the 3 point shot. They still are at times, but they're scoring in the paint more this year and getting easier buckets.

Wooden won 10. Shorter tourney then but even so, he still would have won 10. Why? because he had by far the most talent and did what you supposed to do.

No Hunter in that game, and to a smaller extent no Clark to help stop guards driving to the bucket. The only people who don't take them seriously are fans who don't watch them week to week.
