It's pathetic. It's all about TV ratings so they manipulate the bracket and they've been doing that for a long time but this year was the worst I've seen. They made Kentucky a 4 so they could play Indiana in the second round. They made UCONN and 9 so they could have the second round match up of them and Kansas. They left out a team like Monmouth because they want bigger ratings for the First Four so we get Michigan involved and on the other side Vandy/Wichita St. Duke got another easy draw so they can potentially make a move to get to the 2nd weekend. Michigan St. a 2? Also, Oregon is a 1 because they needed to suck off at least one west coast team and they couldn't do it with Arizona this year. Also, they manipulated Texas and A&M to try to get that second round match up too.
