Facts and with NIL compared to WNBA salaries, theres no point for them to rush to get to the pros.
Women's hoops is more like CFB/NFL.

Talented athletes get recruited by the top schools and spend 3-5 years getting stronger, smarter etc., so that when they're ready to get drafted, you have lots of tape and can take someone that contribute.

Men's hoops? Seems like a mix of foreign-born guys that turned pro at 15 in Europe, 3+ year college starters that can play the game but have limited upside versus 1 & Dones that have unlimited upside but are MUCH LESS developed as players. The better teams have more experienced players but less guys with "wow" factor since the "wow" guys don't stay in school 4 years.
