Yea I would run a lot of zone with traps if I was a college coach. Most of these college teams can't shoot

It's only effective if you can master it as a team cause other than that you wasting energy..Hard to nowadays the way players move around...VCU was the last team that had teams shook with the havoc...Thats why I would not sleep on Shaka and this Marquette team cause the concepts/strategies are still there same type chemistry with better talent..

I've filled out a lot of brackets but the Final Four I keep coming back to is

Kansas
Texas
Alabama
Duke

NCAA would literally :banderas: :blessed: at the money they would print...

I guess I don't see it. Duke got hot at the right time and they fell into what I'd call a fairly easy region. They will have some tough games along the way but I think they can get through it.

Alabama has the easiest road to me.
Duke got hot, but Oral Roberts has won 17 in a row and the most experienced player isn't on Duke. It's Abmas, so if Abmas drops 30, I don't think Duke has a guy to counter that.

I'm legit filling out my bracket now (been caught up with other stuff). I'm trying to figure out who has the dumbest teams or coaches.
Pro tip: If you're traveling 2 time zones over for your game, your odds of winning the first game drop big time

...
I didn't pick them to win since I know better but I'm hoping Purdue wins it all, way past due for a Big Ten team to win it all. Plus they are probably the most likeable Big Ten team in the tournament.

"The always tough Big 10"

The conference ain't won a chip in 20 years and get swept out first day/weekend every year :dahell:
I'm from Big Ten country and I hate their brand of basketball for the most part and the "tough" label it receives.

When games end in 56-52 scores, it is somehow "tougher" than the Pac 12 or ACC.

I hate how we equate bad shooting(missed open shots btw) with defense and "toughness"

Only 1 Big Ten team in my lifetime won a national title that way(hanging their hat on toughness and defense) and that was Michigan State. They could beat you by only scoring 50 because they could hold you to 45 if they wanted to.

Fact of the matter, most other times, you gotta put the ball in the basket.
